目的:为鉴别和开发荷莲豆提供参考依据。方法:对荷莲豆进行显微鉴别。结果:①根的次生构造不发达,最外层为表皮,内皮层隐约可见。②茎的皮层外侧可见纤维束环带,内皮层凯氏点清晰,髓部明显。③主脉维管束1个,草酸钙簇晶存在于海绵细胞中。④粉末中可见草酸钙簇晶、淀粉粒和各种类型导管。结论:以上显微特征对荷莲豆有鉴别意义。
Objective: To provide reference for the identification and development of lotus root beans. Method: Microscopic identification of lotus root beans. Results: The secondary structure of 1 root was undeveloped, the outer layer was epidermis, and the endothelial layer was faintly visible. Outside the cortex of the stem can be seen bundles of fiber bundles, Kies’s point of the inner layer is clear, the pith is obvious. 3 There is one main vascular bundle, and calcium oxalate cluster crystals are present in sponge cells. Calcium oxalate clusters, starch grains, and various types of catheters were found in the powder. Conclusion: The above microscopic characteristics have differentiating significance for Lotus lotus.
