地面等待程序(GDP)作为空中交通流量管理的一种重要手段,它取消的时间往往早于其预计结束时间。针对GDP的提前取消不仅会造成不必要的地面等待,也使得机场、空域不能被充分利用的问题,提出了一种降低飞机巡航速度的策略来更好地分配地面等待和空中等待时间比例。这一策略旨在让飞机以一个和飞行计划相同油耗水平的低速飞行,使得飞机获得最大的空中等待时间,一旦GDP提前取消,飞机就以计划飞行速度飞行,从而减少部分延误。仿真结果表明,GDP提前30 min取消,减速策略的应用可使GDP整体延误水平降低6.9%。
As an important means of managing air traffic flow, the ground-waiting program (GDP) is often canceled earlier than it is expected to end. Early cancellation of GDP not only causes unnecessary ground waiting but also makes the airport and airspace inaccessible. Therefore, a strategy to reduce the cruising speed of the aircraft is proposed to better allocate the ratio of ground-based waiting and air-waiting time. The strategy is to get the aircraft to fly at the same fuel consumption level as the low-speed flight plan, giving the aircraft maximum air-to-air waiting time and once the GDP is canceled in advance, the aircraft will fly at the planned flight speed to reduce some of the delays. The simulation results show that the GDP is canceled 30 minutes ahead of schedule, and the application of deceleration strategy can reduce the overall delay of GDP by 6.9%.
