[目的]探讨重型颅脑损伤患者的急诊救治方法及效果。[方法]回顾性分析我院救治的124例急性重型颅脑损伤患者的完整临床资料。其中应用手术方法治疗76例,非手术治疗48例。[结果]良好77例(62.10%),中残13例(10.48%),重残10(8.06%),植物生存1例(0.81%),死亡23例(18.55%)。[结论]急诊对病情的正确判断及治疗,早期诊断,早期手术,正确处理合并伤,重视并发症的治疗是救治成功的关键。
[Objective] To explore the emergency treatment and effect of severe craniocerebral injury in patients. [Methods] The clinical data of 124 patients with acute severe traumatic brain injury treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 76 cases were treated by operation method and 48 cases were treated by non-operation method. [Results] The results showed that there were 77 cases (62.10%), 13 cases (10.48%) with moderate disability, 10 (8.06%) with severe disability, 1 case (0.81%) with plant survival and 23 cases (18.55%) died. [Conclusion] The correct diagnosis and treatment, early diagnosis, early surgery, proper treatment of the combined injury and the treatment of complication are the key points of emergency treatment.
