我校自一九八四年下半年被确定为省小学教改试点学校以来,在课程设置、教学内容、教学方法以及教育教学管理工作等方面进行了一系列的改革。这些改革都紧紧围绕一个中心,就是在一切工作中渗透创造教育因素,培养创造型人才。我们深入地研究了现有的计划、大纲、教材以后,减少了语文、数学两科的课时,增加了听说训练、听读欣赏、阅读指导、趣味数学、卫生常识以及信息课等课程。在教学方法的改革中,我们以培养学生自学能力为重点,抓了课堂教学结构的改革和课堂心理气氛的研究,渗透创造教育因素。要求教师掌握多种教学方法,从教材和学生的实际出发,设计最佳方案,掌握最佳时间,注意反馈,努
Since our school was established as the provincial primary school education reform pilot school in the second half of 1984, it has carried out a series of reforms in curriculum setting, teaching content, teaching methods, and education and teaching management.
