目的研究铁剂配合黑豆浆食疗治疗幼儿缺铁性贫血的临床效果。方法选择广州市番禺区钟村街辖区内临床诊断为缺铁性贫血的患儿300例,采用随机平行对照方法分为铁剂组、黑豆浆组、黑豆浆+铁剂组。铁剂组给予乳酸亚铁口服液口服,黑豆浆组给予黑豆浆。黑豆浆+铁剂组两者配合使用,观察治疗前后三组的贫血症状及改善情况,检测血常规的变化情况。结果干预后,三组患儿的贫血症状和实验室指标与干预前比较效果明显(P<0.05),其中黑豆浆+铁剂组的效果最好,与铁剂组、黑豆浆组比较有显著差异(P<0.01),铁剂组、黑豆浆组比较,区别不大(P>0.05)。结论黑豆浆食疗配合铁剂治疗幼儿缺铁性贫血的效果明显,能够有效地改善患儿的贫血情况。
Objective To study the clinical effect of iron supplementation with black soybean milk diet on children with iron deficiency anemia. Methods 300 children with clinical diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia in Zhongcun Street area of Panyu District of Guangzhou were randomly divided into iron group, black soybean milk group, black soybean milk + iron group. The iron group was orally administered with ferrous lactate oral solution and the black soybean milk group was given black soybean milk. Black milk + iron group with the use of both before and after treatment to observe the symptoms of anemia and improve the three groups to detect blood changes. Results After the intervention, the anemia symptoms and laboratory indexes in the three groups were significantly better than those before the intervention (P <0.05). The effect of black soybean milk + iron group was the best, compared with iron group and black soybean milk group (P <0.01). There was no difference between iron group and black soybean milk group (P> 0.05). Conclusion Black soybean milk diet with iron treatment of children with iron deficiency anemia effect is obvious, can effectively improve the anemia in children.
