法学职业化教育是实现法学职业专门化的教育,有助于法律从业者素质的提高、司法权威的树立和司法独立的实现,中国法学教师素质提升是法学职业教育化必须面临的问题,因而实现中国法学职业化教育必须不断完善法学教育的职前培训制度,以统一司法考试促进法学教育职业化,建立法学教育质量评价制度。
