目的建立复方夏枯草片中蒙花苷的含量测定方法,并测定总黄酮含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Ultimate XB-C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.2%H_3PO_4(V/V),梯度洗脱;柱温30℃;流速1.0mL·min~(-1);检测波长326nm。结果蒙花苷在0.221~0.552μg内线性关系良好;回收率在95.4%~101.1%之间,RSD=2.6%。3批复方夏枯草片中总黄酮的含量均>17%,蒙花苷的含量>0.6%。结论蒙花苷的含量测定方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于复方夏枯草片的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of monatin content in compound Prunella tablets and determine the content of total flavonoids. Methods The mobile phase was eluted with acetonitrile-0.2% H_3PO_4 (V / V) by gradient elution. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Flow rate 1.0mL · min ~ (-1); detection wavelength 326nm. Results Mononin glycosides showed a good linearity within the range of 0.221 ~ 0.552μg. The recoveries ranged from 95.4% to 101.1% with a RSD of 2.6%. The contents of total flavonoids in three batches of Prunella vulgaris tablets were both> 17% and the content of mandarin glycosides was> 0.6%. Conclusion Monatin glycoside determination method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of compound Prunella tablets.
