现阶段职业教育与城乡统筹互动中的资源配置现状存在着散、乱、偏、重、僵等问题,远远不能适应城乡统筹的需求,重新进行资源整合很有必要。应通过联合招生与合作办学、理顺教育管理体制、加大政府统筹力度、发展民办职业教育等途径整合资源推进职业教育与城乡统筹的良性互动。
At present, there are scattered, chaotic, partial, heavy and rigid problems in the current situation of resource allocation in vocational education and urban-rural interaction. It is far from being able to meet the needs of urban and rural areas and reorganizing resources is necessary. The positive interaction between vocational education and urban and rural areas should be consolidated through resources such as joint enrollment and cooperation in running schools, rationalization of education management system, intensification of government coordination and development of private vocational education.
