专场费来源于零售业的通道费,本质上是占有相对市场优势地位的主体对其优势地位的利用。中国酒类市场随着打破专营体制、蓬勃发展的同时供求不平衡现象也逐渐显现,以致依赖关系产生,专场费进入酒类市场。专场费的存在导致生产商、销售商、消费者、饭店间利益关系的失衡,但彻底取缔处于法律边缘地带又已成为酒类行业惯例的专场费存在巨大难度,故需通过公权力、第三部门、消费者三方协作找到利益平衡点。
