背诵作为一种历史悠久的语言学习手段,在现阶段的中学英语教学中,受到了严重的冲击及挑战。根据输入输出理论,背诵输入应是有意义的。背诵课文对中学生学业成绩具有巨大的促进作用。高质量的背诵对实验班的平均分、及格率、优秀率都有明显的促进作用。背诵对中学生学习外语有促进作用,至少对学业成绩能起到提高的作用。这也证明了语言是一个积累范例的过程。
Recitation, as a long-established language learning tool, has been severely challenged and challenged in the present middle school English teaching.
