课程改革对教师提出了新的要求,民族教育的发展、少数民族学生的文化背景差异等对少数民族学校教师提出了更高的要求。价值信念、态度决定着教师的教育教学行为,而教师的教育教学行为方式是在教师的关注方面有着最直接的体现。本文采用问卷调查的方法,对少数民族学校教师进行“教师关注”问题研究并深入分析,提出建立合理的评价制度、制定稳定教师队伍政策和完善教师培训机制,建立开放的学习机制。
Curriculum reform put forward new requirements for teachers, the development of ethnic education, cultural differences in ethnic minority students and other ethnic minority school teachers put forward higher requirements. Value beliefs and attitudes determine the teacher’s education and teaching behavior, and teacher’s education and teaching behavior is the most direct manifestation of the teacher’s concern. This paper adopts the method of questionnaire to research and analyze the problem of teachers’ concern in ethnic minority school teachers, and puts forward the establishment of a reasonable evaluation system, the establishment of a stable teacher team policy and improvement of teacher training mechanism and the establishment of an open learning mechanism.
