肺结核病时除病变部形态上的改变外,病变中的蛋白、糖、脂肪及某些酶类等均可呈现各种改变。我们利用组织化学的方法对肺结核的干酪灶及空洞的干酪样坏死组织进行观察。实验方法如下: 1.体重2.5公斤的健康家兎11头,450克的健康豚鼠11头,经皮肤致敏在结核菌素阳转后,家兎经胸壁注入牛型结核菌(Vallee株)3毫克于右肺,感染后7~114天内杀死。豚鼠以人型结核菌(H_(37),RV)0.05毫克经胸壁注入右肺,感染后4~113天内杀死。
In addition to pulmonary tuberculosis disease morphological changes, the lesions in the protein, sugar, fat and some enzymes, etc. can show a variety of changes. We used histochemical methods to detect tuberculosis and empty caseous necrosis of tuberculosis.
