Through the study of competency-based curriculum design theory, this paper analyzes the existing problems in practical courses of business English major in higher vocational schools, and discusses the reform ways of practice teaching curriculum --- Heilongjiang Polytechnic College --- the cooperation between school and enterprise, cultivating students’ practical skills and realizing School-enterprise win-win situation. First, the ability-based curriculum design theory-based capacity-based curriculum design from the capacity-based education thinking, competence-based education CBE (Competence Based Education), is actually a competency-based vocational education, which is a teaching model of vocational education.
