通过对埃塞俄比亚Mizan Teferi及周边地区生长的乡土用材树种——非洲破布木自然种群分布情况调查,筛选了10株生长表现型较好的优良母树,采集了大量的供试种子样品,并对其种子外部特征和在苗圃中的发芽率和种苗生长表现进行了观察和分析对比。结果表明:在所有的研究属性中,其种子发芽率与苗高不存在相关性,但不同品种起源显示出较大的品种差异。笔者认为后代测试中生长表现优异的优势树木可以作为种子园营造和大面积人工林建设所需的优良母树予以推广。这项研究对于当地树种的改良利用和种质资源的多样性保护具有现实意义。
According to the investigation of the distribution of native species of African ragweed in Mizan Teferi, Ethiopia and the surrounding area, 10 good parent trees with good growth phenotypes were screened and a large number of tested seed samples were collected and analyzed. The external characteristics of the seeds and the germination rate and seedling growth performance in the nursery were observed and analyzed. The results showed that there was no correlation between the seed germination rate and seedling height in all the research properties, but the differences in the origin of different cultivars showed large differences. The author believes that superior trees with excellent growth performance in offspring test can be popularized as excellent mother trees for seed-garden construction and large-scale plantation construction. This study is of practical significance for the improvement and utilization of local tree species and for the conservation of the diversity of germplasm resources.
