目的探讨磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)结合磁共振静脉成像(magnetic resonance venography,MRV)在颅内静脉窦血栓形成(cerebral venous sinus thrombosis,CVST)中的诊断价值。材料与方法回顾性分析新疆医科大学第一附属医院影像中心自2007年12月至2010年9月期间收治的20例临床疑诊为CVST患者的资料,所有病例均作常规MRI、MRV扫描及DSA检查。比较不同的成像序列对CVST病变的显示情况。结果本组除两例经DSA确诊的CVST在MR图像上未显示外,其余12例CVST在MR图像上均显示;MRV显示12例23个病灶,表现为受累静脉窦管腔的狭窄、中断、充盈缺损及属支的迂曲扩张,MRV显示的病变静脉窦数目多于其他检查方法,MR(包括常规MRI及MRV)对病变的诊断准确度为85%。结论 MRI结合MRV是诊断CVST的有效手段。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) combined with magnetic resonance venography (MRV) in cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST). Materials and Methods The data of 20 clinically suspected patients with CVST admitted from December 2007 to September 2010 in the Imaging Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent routine MRI, MRV scanning and DSA an examination. Comparison of different imaging sequences on the display of CVST lesions. Results In addition to the two cases of CVST confirmed by DSA in this group did not show MR images, the other 12 cases of CVST showed MR images; MRV showed 23 lesions in 12 cases, showing the affected sinus stenosis, disruption, Filling defects and branches tortuous expansion, MRV showed lesions in the number of sinusoids than other examination methods, MR (including conventional MRI and MRV) diagnostic accuracy of the lesions was 85%. Conclusion MRI combined with MRV is an effective method to diagnose CVST.
