教师是教学质量好坏的关键性因素,在当前的地理教学中,我们都把问题的焦点关注到教师的教学技能、教学专业化等方面,却忽略了对教师情感意志的关注,教师的情感意志对中学生的智力、学习态度、情感意志、自我意识、人际交往和创造力的发挥都有不同性质和程度的影响。情感粗狂型的教师对初中生心理影响好于高中生,情感贫乏型的教师学习态度和人际交往方面对高中生的影响好于初中生。因此,初中地理教师情感意志的养成是至关重要的。
