Adhering to the people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development concept is a major strategic concept that we have put forward under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thought of Three Represents, starting from the overall situation of the development of the party and state in the new phase of the new century.
