在多种金属喷镀技术中,近年来在水力机械上应用发展较快的是再熔化喷镀、等离子射流喷镀和电弧喷镀。为了降低水力机械的维护费用以及维持水机的长期运行性能,关西电力公司综合技术研究所和日立制作所合作,共同进行了研究。本文通过应用于真机上的喷镀基础研究,对各种喷镀技术进行比较,并讨论喷镀材料的耐久性及适用范围等。研究表明:Ni系自熔性合金的再熔化喷镀技术对防止汽蚀是有效的;等离子喷镀、电弧喷镀对减少泥砂磨损和防止锈蚀具有优良的效果。对于不同的工况和环境条件,应选择适当的喷镀方法和喷镀材料。实践证明热喷镀是防止汽蚀、减少泥砂磨损以及防止腐蚀的有效手段。
Among the many metal spraying technologies, the rapid development of applications in hydraulic machinery in recent years is that of remelting, plasma jet and arc spraying. In order to reduce the maintenance cost of the hydraulic machine and maintain the long-term running performance of the water machine, the Kansai Electric Power Company Integrated Technology Research Institute and Hitachi Co., Ltd. jointly conducted the research. In this paper, through the application of real equipment on the basis of thermal spraying, spraying technology for a variety of comparison, and discuss the durability of the spray material and the scope of application. The results show that the Ni-based self-fluxing alloy remelting spraying technique is effective to prevent cavitation; plasma spraying and arc spraying have good effect on reducing sand abrasion and preventing corrosion. For different conditions and environmental conditions, should choose the appropriate spray method and spray material. Practice has proved that thermal spraying is to prevent cavitation, reduce sand abrasion and effective measures to prevent corrosion.
