近年来我国高等教育取得了令世界瞩目的成就,同时其改革与发展正走向深水区,面临着一些复杂的矛盾和困难。作为社会主义的高等学校,如何在党的领导下推进改革发展的深入,进一步走向新的辉煌,这要求我们有众多的工作要做,其中,按照党的十七大提出的以改革创新的精神抓好党的建设,不断促进高校校风、教风和学风的根本好转,应是当前推进高等学校科学发展一项十分重要的工作。
In recent years, China’s higher education has made remarkable achievements in the world. At the same time, its reform and development are moving toward a deep water area with some complicated contradictions and difficulties. As a socialist higher education institute, how to promote the deepening of reform and development under the leadership of the party and further to new glories requires that we have a lot of work to do. Among them, according to the spirit of reform and innovation put forward by the 17th CPC National Congress, Grasping the party building and constantly promoting the fundamental improvement of the university ethos, teaching style and style of study should be a very important task for promoting the scientific development of colleges and universities at present.
