数字化背景下传统图书馆的运作模式正在转型和变革,图书馆馆藏资源建设需要适应数字时代发展的需求,不断加强数字化建设、扩大服务范围。党校图书馆建设特色数据库,是数字化时代转型发展与变革的目标所在,也是转型发展与变革的必然要求。本文分析了各级党校图书馆在数据库建设中存在的不足,指出了应采取相应措施及解决问题的途径,为实现党校图书馆现代化、数字化的转型发展与变革提供有力依据。
