基于单绕组双速掘进机用电动机的研发项目,进行电动机的整体电磁方案设计工作。采用有限元分析模型进行电动机的电气性能和齿谐波仿真。仿真实验分析说明有限元分析方法可以增强对单绕组双速掘进机用电动机的性能的判断,提高电磁计算的可靠性和设计优化。
Based on the R & D project of single-winding two-speed roadheader motor, the overall electromagnetic scheme design of the motor is carried out. The finite element analysis model is used to simulate the electrical performance and tooth harmonics of the motor. The simulation analysis shows that the finite element analysis method can enhance the judgment of the motor performance of single winding double speed TBM and improve the reliability and design optimization of electromagnetic calculation.
