为讨论一种叠加辅助药型罩的结构参数对其形成射流的影响情况,利用非线性动力学软件AUTODYN-2D对其进行数值仿真,分析在不同结构参数下该结构形成射流的性能和状态。研究表明:在研究的取值范围内对于叠加辅助药型罩来说,药型罩夹角2α、药型罩顶端厚度b及辅助药型罩1的壁厚c均与形成射流的速度、长度及成型效果呈负相关;该叠加辅助药型罩装药结构对于主药型罩材料的利用率高,并可有效增大杵体的速度;在药型罩顶部厚度为0.25 mm、辅助药型罩1壁厚为0.25 mm、药型罩夹角2α为60°时射流质量提高,但当2α增大时,射流质量下降。研究结果可为聚能射流的研究提供一定的参考价值。
In order to discuss the influence of the structural parameters of an overlay on the formation of jets, the nonlinear dynamics software AUTODYN-2D was used to simulate the structure of the jets. The performance and state of the jets formed under different structural parameters were analyzed. The research shows that the angle between the medicine cover and the top of the medicine cover b and the thickness c of the assistant medicine cover 1 are the same as the speed and length of the forming jet, And the forming effect was negatively correlated; the superposition of auxiliary drug-type cover charge structure for the main drug-type cover material utilization rate, and can effectively increase the speed of the body; the top of the drug-type cover thickness of 0.25 mm, The wall thickness of the cover 1 is 0.25 mm, the jet quality is improved when the included angle 2α is 60 °, but when 2α is increased, the jet quality is decreased. The research results can provide certain reference value for the research of poly jet.
