主要完成单位:香港理工大学主要完成人:陶肖明获奖项目简介中国是拥有8720万锭的纱线生产大国,约占全球纱锭总量的一半。研制开发自主产权的先进纺纱技术和设备,改善产品质量和增加品种,是提升我国纱线制造业国际地位和竞争力的关键。针对现有纺纱技术都未能降低单纱残余扭矩及解决由此造成的织物质量问题,例如单面针织物歪斜变形等。同时,现有的降低纱线扭矩的方法都涉及多道工艺和设备。
Major Completed by: The Hong Kong Polytechnic University Principal Completed by: Tao Shaoming Project Overview China is a large yarn producer with 87.2 million spindles, accounting for about half of the global total. Developing the advanced spinning technology and equipment with independent property rights, improving the product quality and increasing the varieties are the keys to enhance the international status and competitiveness of China’s yarn manufacturing industry. For the existing spinning technology failed to reduce the single yarn residual torque and solve the resulting fabric quality problems, such as single jersey skew deformation. At the same time, existing methods of reducing yarn torque involve multiple processes and equipment.
