音乐专业学生的毕业与就业衔接是否顺畅,是当前高校极为重视的一个问题。在毕业与就业的顺利对接上,毕业考核是其中至关重要的一个环节。然而,当前高校重论文而轻实践的考核方式,造成了学生理论研究与实践能力不匹配的问题。作者针对高校音乐专业毕业考核现状与问题,提出采用“音乐会+策划书”的方式替代单一的毕业论文考核模式。这一模式能够有效改善纯理论考核带来的弊端,使学生的学习与毕业考核以就业需求为导向,通过“学习—理论+实践—就业”三步走策略,达成毕业与就业的逐步对接。
