:以 4个陆地棉丰产品系和 4个转 Bt基因抗虫棉品系 ,采用双列杂交遗传设计 ,对 2 8个组合杂种F1进行田间观察和主要农艺性状的配合力分析。结果表明 ,含有 Bt基因杂交组合 F1对棉小造桥虫为害的抗性为 0级 ,表明这一外源基因属显性质量性状。一般配合力 GCA分析表明 ,在棉花 5个主要农艺性状中 ,主要受基因加性效应控制。将特殊配合力 SCA方差分析表明 ,4个主要农艺性状的差异乃基因显性效应。采用的 4个转 Bt基因抗虫棉品系在 4个主要农艺性状的一般配合力效应值均出现负值 ,这表明其农艺性状与常规丰产品系存在一定差距。特殊配合力分析出现 5个优良组合
In this study, field experiments and combining ability analysis of main agronomic traits were conducted in two hybrid cotton F1 hybrids with four upland cotton varieties and four transgenic Bt cotton lines. The results showed that the resistance of Bt transgenic crosses F1 to Lesion cotton was 0, indicating that this exogenous gene belongs to dominant quality traits. GCA analysis showed that in the five major agronomic traits of cotton, it was mainly controlled by gene additive effect. SCA analysis of the special combining ability showed that the difference of the four main agronomic traits was the gene dominant effect. The four Bt transgenic cotton lines showed negative values of GCA effect on the four main agronomic traits, indicating that there was a certain gap between their agronomic traits and the conventional high yielding lines. Special combining ability analysis showed five excellent combinations
