社会矛盾心态又可称为“社会性的二难困境”成伯清(南京大学教授):处在此种陷阱或困境中,谁都知道应该做什么和不该做什么,但几乎所有人都按照众所周知的错误方式来行事,因为按照“应该”做的方式会给个人利益带来损失,而按照“不该”的策略却可得一时之利。结果就是大家都深陷其中而又异口同声地谴责这种状态,每个人似乎在追求着自身利益的最大化,但实际上都普遍付出了高昂的代价。
