本文对进气脉动效应的基本原理进行了扼要的叙述,介绍了进气脉动效应的一种较为简便的计算方法,对6160A型柴油机利用进气脉动效应的可行性进行了理论探讨,并对该机采用进气脉动效应的进气管进行设计和计算,对其试验结果作了初步的分析,并指出进一步改进的方向。试验结果表明:采用进气脉动效应,使6160A型柴油机的功率至少提高19%以上,排温降低60~80℃,柴油消耗率也略有降低。
In this paper, the basic principle of intake pulsation effect is briefly described. A simple calculation method of intake pulsation effect is introduced. The feasibility of utilizing intake pulsation effect of 6160A diesel engine is theoretically discussed. The intake air pulsation effect of the intake manifold is used to design and calculate the test results. The preliminary analysis is made and the direction of further improvement is pointed out. The test results show that the pulsation effect of intake air improves the power of 6160A diesel engine by at least 19%, reduces the exhaust temperature by 60 ~ 80 ℃ and decreases the diesel consumption rate slightly.
