随着家电行业微利时代的到来,为了提高资本的运营效率,家电企业开始与经销商战略合作,实行供应链管理,以降低成本,提高效益。然而,在关注利润的同时,不能忽视对过程中存在的风险的管理。本文根据一般风险管理的评估步骤,对家电企业供应链管理过程中的风险进行了分析、评估,并提出了防范措施。
With the arrival of the meager profit margins in the home appliance industry, in order to improve the operational efficiency of capital, home appliance enterprises began strategic cooperation with distributors and implemented supply chain management to reduce costs and increase profits. However, paying attention to profits can not ignore the management of the risks in the process. In this paper, according to the general risk management assessment steps, the risk analysis in the process of supply chain management in the household appliance enterprises is analyzed and the countermeasures are put forward.
