新闻单位在新闻诉讼案中败诉提出的问题随着我国法制建设和公民法制观念的加强,过去极少发生的新闻诉讼案,近两年来时有发生,且大有增多之势。值得我们重视的是:在众多的新闻诉讼案中,新闻单位往往是败诉的一方。最主要的原因是新闻单位所报道的有关新闻,违背了真实性原则,触犯了法律,轻者是民事侵权,重者则是触犯刑律。我们深深感到:仅仅把新闻真实性作
