1.越程a的大小,对孔端的加工尺寸影响较大。与一般内圆磨削的道理相同。越程过大,砂条在孔两端的接触面积大为减少,比压增大,金属切除量增加,使两端孔径扩大。在加工浅孔时尤为突出。越程过小,则会发生孔端直径小于中间直径的情况。一般取a=(1/3~1/4)l_(砂条)较为合适。为纠正珩前孔的几何形状,对大端孔可取:a=1/4l_(砂条)(这时切削长度较短,可减少大端金属切除量),小端孔可取a=(1/2~1/3)l_(砂条)(这时切削长度较长,可增加小端金属切除量)。
