可控精度综合法是一种实用、高效的平面杆机构的设计方法,它使所设计的机构在各个离散点都有不同的任选精度。由于引入了并向量的结构,大大简化了优化过程,尤其是对于有相对固定点的一类杆机构的综合。通过对高炉开铁口机构基本尺寸的优化设计验证了此方法的优越性。并利用Matlab建立了问题的数学模型,进行了一系列的分析计算,实现了杆机构轨迹的优化设计。
The controllable precision synthesis method is a practical and efficient method of designing the planar bar mechanism, which makes the designed mechanism have different optional accuracies at various discrete points. Due to the introduction of the vector structure, the optimization process is greatly simplified, especially for the combination of a class of rod mechanisms with relatively fixed points. The superiority of this method is verified by the optimized design of the basic size of the open-iron gate of blast furnace. The mathematic model of the problem was set up by Matlab, a series of analysis and calculation were carried out, and the optimal design of the trajectory of the rod mechanism was realized.
