我们自1987年～1994年3月经CT诊断、手术和病理证实的脑转移瘤54例,现就其诊断和治疗分析报告如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料:男39例,女15例,年龄13～70岁,平均48岁。肿瘤位于幕上者51例,幕下者2例,幕上幕下均有者1例。肿瘤为单发者48例,2个病灶者4例,3个病灶者1例,5个病灶者1例。住院期间查到原发病灶者30例,其中肺癌24例,食道癌1例,胃癌2例,乳腺癌2例,绒癌1例;未查到原发病灶者24例。原发病灶已切除者12例,尚可切除者11例,不能切除者7例。 1.2 CT检查:使用仪器为岛津4500和2000TCT机。病人仰卧位,听眦线倾斜15度为基线轴位扫
We have had 54 cases of brain metastases confirmed by CT diagnosis, surgery, and pathology from 1987 to March 1994. The diagnostic and therapeutic analysis reports are as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General information: 39 males and 15 females, aged 13 to 70 years, mean 48 years old. Tumors were found in 51 cases on the screen, 2 cases under the curtain, and 1 case under the curtain. The tumors consisted of 48 individuals with single lesions, 4 lesions with 2 lesions, 1 lesion with 3 lesions, and 1 lesion with 5 lesions. There were 30 primary lesions found during hospitalization, including 24 lung cancers, 1 esophageal cancer, 2 gastric cancers, 2 breast cancers, and 1 choriocarcinoma; 24 primary lesions were not detected. The primary lesions were resected in 12 cases, 11 cases were resectable, and 7 cases were unresectable. 1.2 CT examination: The instrument is Shimadzu 4500 and 2000 TCT.
