氢氧化钙是一种广泛使用的根管内药物,辅助根管环境的细菌控制和软组织碎屑的分解,促进根周损伤渗出物的消退,是根尖诱导成形的有效药物。氢氧化钙如何合适地置入根管系统会影响它的效能。为了得到氢氧化钙应用的最大效益,全根管必须充填密合,临床有多种常用输入方式,最常用的包括注射法和螺旋形输送器法。近来随着器械,药物制备的不断改进,氢氧化钙临床使用效果也更为良好。本文通过对氢氧化钙特性,根管预备程度,氢氧化钙输入方式及各种充填效果进行综述,探讨氢氧化钙糊剂输入在牙髓根尖病治疗中的应用前景。
Calcium hydroxide is a widely used endodontic drug, which assists bacterial control of root canal environment and the decomposition of soft tissue debris, and promotes the extinction of exudate in the root circumference injury. It is an effective drug for inducing the root tip formation. How calcium hydroxide can be properly placed in the root canal system can affect its effectiveness. In order to get the maximum benefit of calcium hydroxide application, root canal filling must be close together. There are many commonly used input methods in clinical practice. The most commonly used methods include injection method and spiral conveyor method. Recently with the continuous improvement of equipment, drug preparation, the clinical effect of calcium hydroxide is also more favorable. In this paper, the characteristics of calcium hydroxide, the degree of root canal preparation, calcium hydroxide input and various filling effects were reviewed to discuss the application of calcium hydroxide paste in the treatment of apodized root tip disease.
