目的 研究神经电刺激 (electricalnervestimulation ,ENS)对面神经周围支端侧吻合后促神经再生的作用。方法 2 4只成年家兔随机分为 3组 ,双侧面神经颊支切断后与同侧外膜开窗的颈支作端侧吻合。右侧为实验组 ,术后给予ENS ,共 5周。左侧不给电刺激 ,作为对照组。分别于术后 3 ,5 ,15周取材 ,进行大体观察和面神经功能评分 ,神经组织学 ,电生理 ,透射电镜等检查。结果 各组实验侧颊支有髓鞘神经数 ,运动神经传导速度 ,面神经功能评分均高于对照侧 (P <0 .0 5 )。实验侧颊支神经成熟程度优于对照侧。结论 ENS在提高神经端侧吻合后侧支萌出率和减轻失神经肌肉萎缩方面有积极的作用
Objective To study the effect of electrical nerve stimulation (ENS) on nerve regeneration after peri-lateral anastomosis of facial nerve. Methods Twenty-four adult rabbits were randomly divided into three groups. The buccal branch of the bilateral facial nerve was anastomosed end to side with the femoral ipsilateral femoral neck. The right side of the experimental group, postoperative ENS, a total of 5 weeks. Do not give the left electrical stimulation, as a control group. At 3, 5 and 15 weeks postoperatively, samples were taken for gross observation and facial nerve function score, neurohistology, electrophysiology and transmission electron microscopy. Results The numbers of myelinated nerve, motor nerve conduction velocity and facial nerve function in experimental group were higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Experimental lateral buccal nerve maturity is superior to the control side. Conclusions ENS plays an active role in increasing the rate of collateral branching and neuromuscular atrophy after nerve end-to-end anastomosis
