处理含有亨利组分的相平衡计算。当选用NRTL模型计算时,需对轻组分如H2、O2、N2、CH4、N2O、CO2、CO、Ar、H2S、SO2、NO等特殊处理,设为亨利组分。对于亨利组分和重组分(溶剂)分别建立相平衡计算式,求取其K值,进而计算气液相组成,最后与Aspen Plus软件计算结果比较。结果表明该模型计算结果与Aspen plus软件计算结果相比气液相组成绝对误差很小,计算精度较好,可用于处理含有亨利组分的相平衡计算。
Deal with the phase equilibrium calculation containing the Henry component. The NRTL model is selected for calculation, the light components such as H2, O2, N2, CH4, N2O, CO2, CO, Ar, H2S, SO2, NO and other special treatment, as the Henry component. For the Henry fraction and the heavy fraction (solvent) respectively, the phase equilibrium formula is established, the K value is calculated, and then the gas-liquid phase composition is calculated. Finally, the calculation result is compared with Aspen Plus software. The results show that compared with the calculation results of Aspen plus software, the results show that the absolute error of gas-liquid phase composition is small, and the calculation accuracy is good. It can be used to deal with the phase equilibrium calculation with Henry’s component.
