据《核农学报》2016年第6期《UV-C处理对贡桔冷害的影响》(作者任伟等)报道:为探讨UV-C(200~280 nm紫外光)处理对贡桔冷害的影响,为研究柑桔果实的冷害生理提供依据,以贡桔为试材,在贮前分别用0、1、3、5 k J·m-2UV-C辐射处理,研究在1℃贮藏时,果实冷害指数、失重率、果皮细胞膜透性、MDA、POD、SOD等指标的变化。结果表明,3 k J·m-2UV-C处理能有效延迟贡桔果实的冷害发生时间,并能减轻冷害症状,降低果实失重率,降低细胞膜透
