采用热化学反应法在纯铜表面制备陶瓷涂层,并在此基础上进行渗铝处理,在基体表面获得陶瓷渗铝复合涂层。通过SEM和XRD分析了涂层的微观形貌和相的组成,研究了涂层的结合强度和耐磨性。结果表明:该复合涂层整体性能优于热化学反应陶瓷涂层。
The thermo-chemical reaction method is used to prepare the ceramic coating on the pure copper surface and aluminizing treatment on the basis to obtain the ceramic aluminized composite coating on the surface of the substrate. The microstructure and phase composition of the coating were analyzed by SEM and XRD. The bonding strength and wear resistance of the coating were studied. The results show that the overall performance of the composite coating is better than that of thermochemical reaction ceramic coating.
