当今社会形势下,严格执法、依法行政、切实践行司法问责,是构建现代责任政府的关键环节。随着中国特色社会主义法律体系的形成,司法问责亦不断推进,但历史的和现实的种种因素的存在,导致司法问责存在诸多的不足。新世纪新时期,只有建立健全司法问责的多方保障机制,加强自身队伍建设,加大司法问责力度,才能切实促进司法问责工作的开展,才能真正推动现代责任政府的构建。
In today’s social situation, strictly enforcing the law, administering the country according to law, and practicing judicial accountability are the key links in building a modern, responsible government. With the formation of a socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics, judicial accountability has been continuously promoted. However, due to the historical and realistic factors, there are many deficiencies in judicial accountability. Only in the new era of the new century can we truly promote the construction of a modern responsible government by establishing a multi-party security mechanism that enhances judicial accountability, strengthening the building of its own ranks and stepping up judicial accountability.
