解读新《国际卫生条例》,简述新形势下国境口岸的卫生控制、传染病监测及媒介生物监控和国际关注的突发公共卫生事件等卫生监管和应对措施。新《国际卫生条例》的实施,对目前国境口岸实施的卫生检疫和监督将产生巨大影响,国境口岸卫生监督工作将更显重要性和紧迫性。全面落实新《国际卫生条例》,对我国国境口岸创建国际卫生港口和口岸卫生检疫与国际接轨有着划时代的现实意义。
Interpretation of the new International Health Regulations and briefing on health supervision and response measures such as health control at border crossings, monitoring of infectious diseases and surveillance of vector organisms and public health emergencies of international concern under the new situation. The implementation of the new International Health Regulations will have a tremendous impact on the current health quarantine and supervision at the frontier ports. Health surveillance at frontier ports will become even more important and urgent. The full implementation of the new International Health Regulations has epoch-making practical significance for establishing an international sanitary port and a port health and quarantine border with China at the border crossings of our country.
