近年来,居高不下的房价已经影响到国民经济的可持续发展,2010年以来的房价调控政策虽抑制了房价的过快增长,却仍未使房价回归理性。本文试从中国土地供给的现状出发,探讨土地供给与高房价的因果关系,希望对继续的房价调控做些微贡献。
In recent years, the high housing prices have affected the sustainable development of the national economy. Though the house price control policies since 2010 have restrained the excessive growth of house prices, they have not made housing prices rational. Based on the current situation of land supply in China, this paper explores the causal relationship between land supply and high housing prices, hoping to make some contributions to the continued regulation of housing prices.
