针对现有采矿充填系统的不足,基于各环节的输送能力分析,进行了煤矿泵送膏体和似膏体充填系统优化设计.该系统由给料机构、输送机构、破碎机构、搅拌输送机构、泵送机构、输送管道、采空区充填机构组成,具有输送距离长、充填效率高、系统整体结构简单、自动化程度高等优点.在介绍该系统工作流程和技术关键基础上,在山东新汶矿业集团某煤矿使用了该充填系统.结果表明:该系统运行良好,各项监测数据和参数符合要求,工作人员工作环境的安全性得到了较大提高.
Aiming at the deficiency of the existing filling system in mining area, based on the analysis of conveying capacity of each link, the optimized design of coal pump paste and paste-like filling system is carried out.The system consists of feeding mechanism, conveying mechanism, crushing mechanism, stirring conveying mechanism, Pumping mechanism, conveying pipeline and gob filling structure, has the advantages of long conveying distance, high filling efficiency, simple overall system structure and high degree of automation.With the introduction of the system workflow and the key technology, The filling system was used in a coal mine of the Group.The results showed that the system was in good condition and all the monitoring data and parameters met the requirements and the safety of staff working environment was greatly improved.
