本刊曾于2009年第2期推出特别策划《科普出版的春天》,时隔四年有余,其间,科普出版发生了哪些新变化、出现了哪些新动态,心怀关注,本期特别策划将目光再次投向了科普出版。如果说,前期,2002年《中华人民共和国科学普及法》和2006年《全民科学素质行动计划纲要》的出台使科普工作上升为国家意志,创造了推动科普出版发展的大环境;那么,近来,2010年12月中国科普研究所《科普产业发展“十二五”规划研究报告》的颁布,2012年8月中国科协《关于开展全国科普创作与产品研发示范团队创建活动的通知》的发出,则为科普出版提供了更为具体、更具操作性的目标和措施。
