通常,吸热炉的气氛是通过控制吸热发生器的燃气和空气混合气体的催化裂解产生的,而渗碳气体的控制是以假定的化学平衡为依据。当取捎了吸热发生器而直接把燃气和空气混合物供入炽热的炉膛时,气体反应就达不到与平衡时相当的程度。最近,国外已研究出准确和有效地利用各种气氛(包括渗碳气体的控制)来进行淬火、退火、渗碳和氰化的新方法。下面重点介绍一下此工艺的操作方法,实际优点和经验。
In general, the atmosphere in the furnace is created by controlling the catalytic cracking of the gas mixture of the endothermic generator with the air, while the control of the carburizing gas is based on an assumed chemical equilibrium. When taking the endothermic generator and directly to the gas and air mixture into the hot furnace, the gas reaction does not reach the level of balance. Recently, new methods of quenching, annealing, carburizing and cyanidation have been developed in foreign countries to accurately and effectively utilize various atmospheres, including carburizing gas control. The following highlights the method of operation of the process, the actual advantages and experience.
