在RPMI1640中解剖柏氏禽刺螨,获得棉鼠丝虫的感染期幼虫(L_3),并用~(60)C。照射。免疫组的每只BALB/c母鼠每隔1周皮下注射25条照射过的L_3,免疫3次后隔2周注射未经照射的L_3进行攻击感染。对照组每次仅注射RPMI1640,攻击感染与免疫组相同。分别于攻击感染的第2,10,60天处死小鼠,分离并剖开淋巴结和其它器官使丝虫逸出。
Dissecting Platycodon pectoralis was performed in RPMI1640 to obtain the infective larvae (L_3) of the silkworm, and to use (60) C. Irradiation. Each BALB / c female mice in the immunized group were injected subcutaneously with 25 irradiated L_3 every other week for 3 weeks, then injected with non-irradiated L_3 for challenge infection at 2 weeks intervals. The control group was injected with only RPMI1640 at a time, and the challenge infection was the same as in the immunized group. Mice were sacrificed on the 2nd, 10th and 60th days of the challenge, respectively. Lymph nodes and other organs were dissected and dissected to allow the filariasis to escape.
