目的:了解我市出生缺陷情况,查找出生缺陷发生、发展的消长因素并采取预防措施。方法:采用全国统一的《出生缺陷监测方案》,在市区25家接产医院开展出生缺陷监测工作。结果:至2006年共监测围产儿37 556例,监测率为85.77%。出生缺陷发生率59.64万/;农村高于城镇,孕母龄大于30岁的高于30岁以下的,出生缺陷的围产儿死亡是非出生缺陷围产儿死亡的45.31倍;出生缺陷种类有27种,按发生系统排列前4位依次为:手足及四肢畸形、唇裂及腭裂、神经系统缺陷、胸腹部畸形。结论:开展优生优育宣传及医学遗传咨询,加强孕产期保健,孕前及孕早期补充小剂量的叶酸,提高产前诊断技术和新生儿疾病筛查率,进一步落实出生缺陷监测措施,努力降低出生缺陷的发生率。 Objective: To understand the birth defects in our city, find out the birth and growth of birth defects, growth and decline and take preventive measures.
