加强和改善党的领导是推进国家治理现代化的内在需要,同样也是公司治理现代化的内在需要。长江银行历年来高度重视党组建设工作,牢固树立“党建就是核心竞争力”的观念,通过党建强化政治教育,打造纪律严明、作风顽强、敬业高效、风清气正的党员队伍和干部员工队伍,坚持充分发挥关键少数的关键作用,推动了全行事业的蓬勃发展。日前,全国金融工作会议召开,总行及各分支行纷纷组织党员和员工学习、讨论。稍早前,党员干部还学习了新通过的《中国共产党廉洁自律准则》和《中国共产党纪律处分条例》,并联系工作实际展开讨论。体现了我行的党建工作正在步入提升阶段,通过加强党组织建设,促进我行“打造小企业专营银行”的战略稳步实施。
