近年来,随着社会的进步、社会法制逐步健全和法律知识的普及,人们的法律意识逐步增强。患者的健康水平日益提高,对医疗服务的期望值逐步增大,维护个人利益的观念越来越强,使医疗工作的风险越来越大。医疗纠纷的发生,严重影响了医患关系,给医院造成损失,也给患者及家属带来痛苦[1]。及时对纠纷进行妥善处理,对理顺医患关系、维护正常医疗工作、树立医院良好的社会形象,均具有重要意义。因此,在医疗纠纷处理过程中,应注意以下几个问题。
