SA8000是依据国际劳动组织公约、世界人权宣言及联合国儿童权益公约制定的规范企业组织道德行为的商业法则,是保护劳动者劳动环境、条件和劳动权益的管理标准。核心是规定了企业的社会责任。SA8000目前在美国、欧盟开始强制推行,要求所有的跨国公司在采购时,严格按此标准审查对方企业所承担的环境、社会和相关责任是否达到要求,如果达不到,则立即取消货物定单。面对SA8000,是主动适应还是被动应对,是一个无法回避的问题,也是工会维权工作的一个新的焦点。
SA8000 is a commercial law regulating the ethical behavior of enterprises organized by the International Labor Organization Convention, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. SA8000 is the management standard for protecting the working environment, conditions and labor rights of workers. The core is to set the corporate social responsibility. SA8000 is currently in the United States, the EU began to enforce the mandatory requirements of all multinational companies in the procurement, in strict accordance with this standard to examine the other party’s business environment, social and related obligations to meet the requirements, if not, immediately cancel the goods orders. The face of SA8000, is active or passive response, is an unavoidable problem, but also a new focus of trade union rights work.
