The 13th International Congress of Phonetic Sciences (ICPHS) was held in Stockholm, Sweden from August 13 to 19, 1995. Held every four years, the International Speech Sciences Conference has become the foremost forum for publishing and discussing academic papers and opinions in the field of phonetics and speech studies.
