目的通过早期有效的康复介入和护理干预达到降低脑卒中患者致残率的目的。方法对我院2009年1月至2010月1月126例脑卒中患者康复护理过程中存在的问题和难点进行分析,提出应对措施。结论早期有效的康复介入和正确的护理干预能显著改善患者瘫痪肢体的功能,使生活自理能力增强。
Objective To achieve the goal of reducing the morbidity of stroke patients through early and effective rehabilitation intervention and nursing intervention. Methods To analyze the problems and difficulties in the rehabilitation nursing of 126 stroke patients from January 2009 to January 2010 in our hospital and put forward countermeasures. Conclusion Early and effective rehabilitation intervention and correct nursing intervention can significantly improve the function of patients with paralyzed limbs and enhance their ability to take care of themselves.
